We know that if you have an enjoyable time and get a good value you'll be back-with us and tell your friends. With information such as your budget, the time you have available and activities you would prefer, we can make plenty of suggestions for places to go and things to do whether you book with us or not.

Once you've decided on your tours, we'll need a minimum 50% deposit for most trips and 100% on a few. The balance is due 30 days before the start of your tour or before your cruise ship sails. In some cases it may be possible to book with less than 30 days notice. When reservations are made with less than 30 days notice full payment is due at the time of booking. If you're going to use a credit card, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Once you have booked your trip, we'll send you an e-ticket / trip planner listing the ports of call for your reservation, times, meeting instructions and any other necessary information you will need.  We will email you a copy of all your documents including receipts and invoices with detailed itemization of your charges.

Once your tour is booked and payment or deposit received, you'll receive an email confirmation as well as a hard copy (provided there is time for you to receive it before your ship sails)  from us, so upon arrival, all you need to do is disembark and look for the sign saying your name (if there are other arrangements, we'll let you know).

 

Our Reservation Policies (The Fine Print)

	All trips are reserved upon receipt of a minimum of a 50% deposit which may be made by credit card, check, money order or PayPal.
	All trips must be paid for 100% prior to your ship's departure unless special arrangements have been made.
	All prices subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy:  A full refund will be issued if you give us at more than ten (10) days notice.  At 10 days outbound, your excursion becomes non-refundable.  Some exceptions may apply and will be noted on the web page for applicable tours.
	You will receive a full refund if: Your cruise ship arrives too late for your excursion to take place and we are unable to reschedule you.  Your cruise ship changes a scheduled stop.  You are responsible for informing us if this happens. The tour operator cancels the trip.  All trips run rain or shine, unless conditions warrant cancellation  (we don't want you to be disappointed, but sometimes conditions require a cancellation). Safety is always the most important factor! Should any of the above occur, you must notify us within twelve (12) days of the excursion date to receive your refund.
	We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any illness, injury or other unforeseen incident that may occur during your cruise and prevent you from completing your shore excursion.
	No refund will be issued for no-shows or if you arrive late for an appointed time and the cruise ship is not late in arrival. Many trips are on a specific schedule and can not wait for passengers who are late causing delays.

	Walk up and short notice reservations are welcome and accommodated on space availability and must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
	Group discounts, and custom trips are available, please ask!
	In some cases individuals must sign a liability release form before participating in an excursion.  Children under 18 require an adult signature.
	Please make reservations early to insure your choice times, dates and excursions.
