Ixtapa has several colonial and modern style malls interconnected by plazas and gardens where you'll find many restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops, grocery markets, drug stores, etc. Across the street from the malls are the luxurious beachfront hotels with their restaurants and bars. El Palmar, the beach at Ixtapa features all water sports, including surfing. Nearby Playa Linda and Playa Quieta offer fun in the sun as well.
