A family friendly tour!

Swim or Snorkel!  Both of these locations have ideal conditions for both.  Truly a day of fun and relaxation.  Snorkeling gear and other water sport equipment is available for rental.

"Our second excursion was Ixtapa Island.  We tendered off the boat and Luis was at the dock with a sign with my name on it.  They had their van right there and we loaded right on.  It was very comfortable and an easy start.  Jose Luis and his son Luis were AWESOME!!!  We drove from Zihuatanejo through Ixtapa to the ferry boats.  They told us all about the area on the drive.  Once we got to the ferry boats the line was pretty long.  It was a Mexican holiday so there were local families also trying to get to the island.  Luis went to the front of the line and helped load every ferry until we reached the front of the line.  Once we reached the island he sat us at a great table under a shade right by the beach.  He then took me and my sister snorkeling.  He did all the work: we just held on to the boogie board.  We decided to head back a little early so that we wouldn’t be stuck in line trying to get a ferry back.  My brother–in-law mentioned that we really wanted tacos and so they took us to a taco shop that the locals go to.  IT WAS GREAT!!!  The whole day was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone that is visiting this port."  -- MW, San Diego
