A family friendly tour!

The village of El Quelite is well known in Mexico as one of the most beautiful colonial villages.  This picturesque town is filled with lovely streets and cute, brightly painted red-roof tile houses full of flowers, and was the inspiration for the song “Que Bonito es El Quelite” (How beautiful is El
Quelite).  Visit a very old cemetery featuring unique crypts, and the only cockfight training ranch in the state.  Before heading off to the tequila factory, visit a traditional bakery for a hand made treat. 

At the Las Vinata Los Osuna tequila factory, you learn all about the traditional tequila making process--from growing the blue agave plant all the way to bottling.  Did you know that in order to be called "tequila", the liquor must be produced in Mexico?  After the tour and demonstration, it's time for a sample!
